The paper studies conformally flat almost Hermitian manifolds of real dimension \(2n\) (\(n\geq 2\)). Denote by \(J\) the underlying almost complex structure, by \(\rho\) the Ricci tensor, by \(\rho^*\) the \(*\)-Ricci tensor \(\rho^*(x,y)={\text{ tr}}(z\rightarrow R(x,Jz)Jy\)), by \(Q\) the Ricci operator, by \(S\) the scalar curvature and by \(S^*\) the \(*\)-scalar curvature. The authors prove the following results: On a conformally flat almost Hermitian manifold with \(S=S^*\), one has \(S=S^*=0\). A conformally flat almost Hermitian manifold with \(n\geq 3\) and \(\rho=\rho^*\) or with \(n\geq 2\) and \(\rho=-\rho^*\) is flat. A conformally flat quasi-Kähler manifold with \(J\)-invariant Ricci tensor and \(S=S^*\) is locally symmetric. A conformally flat quasi-Kähler manifold with \(J\)-anti-invariant Ricci tensor and \(S=S^*\) is flat. A conformally flat Hermitian manifold with \(J\)-invariant Ricci tensor and \(S=S^*\) is locally symmetric. Additional results involving conditions on the covariant derivative of the Ricci tensor are also given.
