This paper investigates the \(p(x)\)-Laplacian equations with exponential nonlinearities, namely \(-\Delta_{p(x)} u + e^{f(x,u)} =0\) in \(\Omega\), \(u(x)\rightarrow+\infty\) as \(d(x,\partial \Omega)\rightarrow 0\), where \(-\Delta_{p(x)}\) is so called \(p(x)\)-Laplacian. The regularity of boundary blow-up solutions is discussed, and the existence of boundary blow-up solutions is given.
