Let \((M,g^{M})\), \((B,g^{B})\) be two closed connected orientable Riemannian manifolds, \(\pi:M\rightarrow B\) a Riemannian submersion and \(F\) the fiber space. It is assumed that the fibers of \(\pi\) are connected. A family of metrics on \(M\) is defined by \(g^{M}_{u}=\pi^{\star}g^{B}+e^{-2u}g^{F}\), \(u\in{\mathbb R}^{+}\), where \(g^{F}\) denotes the Riemannian metrics induced by \(g^{M}\) on the vertical tangent bundle \(TF\). The paper under review deals with manifolds which are isometric (outside of a compact set) to manifolds \({\mathbb R}^{+}\times M\) equipped with the metric \(du^{2}+g^{M}_{u}\). These manifolds are called manifolds with fibered cusp metrics. One of the main theorems proved in the paper under review is a Hodge-type theorem for this class of manifolds. Several other fine results are proved, dealing with Eisenstein series, Maas-Selberg relations and a signature formula.
