A lattice in \(n\) dimensional Euclidean space is called strongly perfect if its minimal vectors form a spherical 4-design. Numerous interesting lattices including the \(E_8\)-lattice, the Leech lattice and the Barnes-Wall lattice are strongly perfect. The authors show that the strongly perfect lattices in dimension 12 are similar to the Coxeter-Todd lattice.
