On localizing subcategories of derived categories (Q965084)

Let \(\text{Mod }A\) be the category of \(A\)-modules over a commutative noetherian ring \(A\) and \(\mathcal{D}(A)\) its derived category. The paper concerns with a relationship among subcategories of \(\mathcal{D}(A)\), subcategories of \(\text{Mod}A\) and subsets of the prime spectrum \(\text{Spec}A\) of the ring \(A\). Then, theorems of \textit{P.\ Gabriel} [Bull.\ Soc.\ Math.\ France 90, 323--448 (1962; Zbl 0201.35602)], \textit{H.\ Krause} [Math.\ Ann.\ 340, No. 4, 733--747 (2008; Zbl 1143.13012)] and \textit{A.\ Neeman} [Topology 31, No. 3, 519--532 (1992; Zbl 0793.18008)] are unified.
