The author has considered the Dirac-Kähler equations which can be represented as the direct sum of four Dirac equations. The main feature of such scheme is the presence of the additional symmetry associated with noncompact group in the Minkowski space. The tensor and spinor representations of the Lorentz group have been analyzed and all independent solutions of equations are found in the form of matrix-dyads. The symmetry group of the Dirac-Kähler tensor fields for changed particles has been proved to be \(\text{SO}(4,2)\). The conservation currents corresponding to this symmetry have been constructed. Transformations of the Lorentz group and quaternion fields have been analyzed and the supersymmetry of the Dirac-Kähler fields with tensor and spinor parameters have been investigated. The possibility of constructing a gauge model of interacting Dirac-Kähler fields where the gauge group is the noncompact group \(\text{SO}(4,2)\) under consideration has been shown.
