This short note deals with the set of continuous and surjective functions \({S_{m,n}} = \{ f:{\mathbb{R}^m} \to {\mathbb{R}^n}\}\), where \(m\) and \(n\) are two positive integers. The main result is: \({S_{m,n}}\) is \(c\)-lineable, where \(c\) is the cardinality of \(\mathbb{R}\). This result is optimal in terms of dimension since \(\dim ({\mathbb{R}^\mathbb{R}}) = {2^c}\).
