A fermion system is studied in a so called ``discrete'' space-time defined as a finite dimensional complex vector space endowed with a non degenerate sesquilinear form and a set of space-time projectors. This discrete space-time is characterized by an outer symmetry group which is a subgroup of the group of all permutations of the fermion system in such a way that to every permutation corresponds a unitary transformation on the fermionic projector \(P\). It is especially proved that the permutation symmetry of the considered ``discrete'' space-time is always spontaneously broken by the fermionic projector.
