The classical Riesz theorem contains a result on the connection between harmonic functions of Hardy space and their conjugates. The authors generalized this result by extending this theorem to wider classes of functions and mappings. In particular, one of the main results of the paper (Theorem 1.1) states that if we have a harmonic quasiregular mapping whose real part is non-negative and belongs to the Hardy \(p\)-space, \(1<p<2\), then the corresponding imaginary part belongs to the same space. In this case, the average values over the circles of the imaginary part are majorized by the corresponding average values of the real part up to a constant. A similar result with some differences in the formulation was obtained for the case \(p>2\) (Theorem 1.2). The authors also obtain corresponding analogues of these theorems in the multidimensional case (Theorems 1.3 and 1.4).
