The main result in the paper is the following: For any genus \(\sigma \geqslant 1,\) there exists a complete bounded minimal surface in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) with genus \(\sigma\) and one end. The techniques are Runge's theorem and a technique developed by \textit{N. Nadirashvili} [Invent. Math. 126, 457--465 (1996; Zbl 0881.53053)].
