The author considers the nonhomogeneous differential system (1) \(y'(t)= A(t) y(t)+ g(t,y(t))\), and its linear part (2) \(x'(t)= A(t) x(t)\). Assuming that \(A(t)\) is a periodic continuous \(n\times n\) matrix function, the author gives conditions under which the boundedness or stability of system (2) would imply the corresponding property in (1). He then extends these results to more general systems in which \(A(t)\) is not necessarily periodic. Several examples are given to illustrate the given theorems.
