Magneto-acoustic-gravity waves in an isothermal atmosphere are investigated in the case when the external magnetic field is homogeneous and oblique with respect to the direction of the gravity. Both, the speed of sound and the Alfvén speed depend on altitude only. Cut-off frequencies are obtained and discussed for waves propagating in various directions in the plane of the magnetic field and the gravity.
