Generalizing results of \textit{D. Ogievetskij}, \textit{W. B. Schmidke}, \textit{J. Wess} and \textit{B. Zumino} [Commun. Math. Phys. 150, 495-518 (1992)], the authors investigate a nonlinear reality structure of derivatives and differentials for higher-dimensional Euclidean \(q\)-spaces. The nonlinearity in the relation between the derivatives and their conjugates turns out to be related to the fact that the commutator of the Laplacian with the coordinates is proportional to the conjugates of the derivatives. The proportionality factor is not a scalar but a scaling operator which \(q\)-commutes with the coordinates and derivatives. Using this result, a candidate for a real Laplacian is given. The same scaling operator and an additional operator which also commutes with the coordinates also appears in the relation between the differentials and their conjugates.
