The authors consider lattice paths that start at the origin and then proceed by steps of (0,1), (1,1), and (1,0). The authors develop \(q\)- analogues of the Delannoy and Schröder numbers, and obtain a large number of results concerning symmetry, unimodality, and asymptotic behaviour.
