Let \(-\Delta\) be the difference Laplacian on the modified Koch graph and let \(N(\lambda)\) denote the integrated density of states. It is proved that \(N(\lambda)\) increases only with jump points which are the eigenvalues of \(-\Delta\) with infinite multiplicity. The ratio \(N(\lambda)\lambda^{-d_ s/2}\) is oscillating in an interval \([C_ 1,C_ 2]\), \(C_ 1 > 0\), and non-convergent as \(\lambda \to 0\). Here \(d_ s\) is the so-called spectral dimension which differs from the Hausdorff dimension.
