The main result of the paper is the following theorem: Let \((G, \cdot)\) be a topological group, \(P\) be a dense subset of \(G\) and \(w : G \to \mathbb{R}\). Suppose that \(G\) is locally compact (of the second category, respectively), \(w\) is Haar (respectively, Baire) measurable and one of the following two conditions holds: \(w(px) \geq w(x)\) for \(x \in G\), \(p \in P\); \(P\) is countable and \(w(px) \geq w(x)\) for \(p \in P\) a.e. Then \(w = \text{const}\) a.e.
