    The main result of the authors is the following Theorem. For any \(f\in C_{2\pi}\) and positive integer \(k\), \[ \begin{multlined} L^{(k)}_ r(f,x)- f(x)= {1\over (\log{1\over 1-r})^ k} \int^{1/2}_{1-r} {\varphi(t)\over t}\left(\sum^{k-1}_{j=0}\left(\log{1\over t}\right)^ j A^{(k)}_ j\right)dt\\ + O\left(w(f,\pi)\left(\log{1\over 1-r}\right)^ k\right)+ O(w(f,1- r)),\end{multlined} \] where \(A^{(k)}_ j\) are some constants, \(A^{(k)}_{k-2j}=0\) \((0\leq j\leq[{k\over 2}])\), \[ L^{(k)}_ r(f,x)=\Bigl(\log{1\over 1-r}\Bigr)^{-k}\sum^ \infty_{n=0} L^{(k)}_ n S_ n(x)^{n/r}, \] \(\Bigl(\log{1\over 1-r}\Bigr)^ k= \sum^ \infty_{n=0} L^{(k)}_ n r^ n\) and \(S_ n(x)\) is the \(n\)th partial sum of the Fourier series of \(f\in C_{2\pi}\) with \(\varphi(t)=\bigl\{f(x+t)+ f(x-t)- 2f(x)\bigr\}\). Their other result deals with a saturation problem.
