Isospectrality and Galois projective geometries (Q1280623)

The authors establish a relationship between the isospectrality problem and finite projective geometry. They also propose a general construction of a series of examples of isospectral nonisometric domains. These series include the example given by \textit{C. Gordon, D. Webb} and \textit{S. Wolpert} [Invent. Math. 110, No. 1, 1-22 (1992; Zbl 0778.58068)].
