By adding to classical Hamiltonian \(H=\frac{p^2}{2m}+V(x)\), which leads to usual Newton equations of motion, a family of Hamiltonians \(H_k=\frac{q^2_k}{2\mu _k}+V(x), 1\leq k\leq n-1\), and using hyperelliptic Jacobi functions of \(n\)th order, a generalization of Newtonian equations in \(n\)-dimensional phase space is obtained via Nambu formalism. In this new framework the author re-defines the notions of kinetic, potential and total energies and then presents a solution to the problem of quantization.
