Let \(f_1,\dots,f_p \in\mathbb{C} \{x_1,\dots, x_n\}\) be holomorphic functions in a neighbourhood of the origin in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) defining an isolated complete intersection singularity. Assume that \(f_1,\dots, f_p\) are semi-quasihomogeneous with respect to the weights \(w_1,\dots,w_n\), i.e. the initial forms in \((f_1),\dots\), in \((f_p)\) with respect to the weights define also an isolated complete intersection singularity. Let \(\delta:= \sum^n_{i=1}w_ix_i {\partial \over\partial x_i}\) the Euler vector field and \(J\) the ideal generated by the \(p\)-minors of the Jacobian matrix of \(f_1,\dots,f_p\). It is proved that the Milnor number is given by \[ \mu(f_1, \dots,f_p)= \dim_\mathbb{C}\mathbb{C}\{ x_1, \dots,x_n\}/ \bigl\langle \delta(f_1), \dots,\delta (f_p),J \bigr \rangle. \]
