    For a positive integer \(m\) and a function \(A\) on \(\mathbb R^n\), let \[ R_{m+1}(A;x,y) =A(x)-\sum_{| \alpha| \leq m} \frac {1} {\alpha!}D^\alpha A(y)(x-y)^\alpha. \] And, for an function \(F(x,y,z, t)\) on \(\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R^n\times [0,\infty)\), let \[ F_t(x,y)=\int_{\mathbb R^n}F(x,y,z,t)f(z)\,dz \] and \[ F_t^A(x,y)= \int_{\mathbb R^n}\frac{R_{m+1}(A;x,y)}{| x-z| ^{m}}F(x,y,z,t) f(z)\,dz. \] Let \(H\) be a functional Hilbert space on \(\mathbb R^n \times [0,\infty)\). The author considers the multilinear operators \(T^Af(x)\) related to \(F_t\), which is defined by \(T^A f(x)=\| F_t^A(f)(x,y)\| _H\); one defines \(Tf(x)\) by \(Tf(x)= \| F_t f(x,y)\| _H\). Choosing \(F(x,y,z,t)\) and \(H\) appropriately, one can capture the Littlewood-Paley operator and Marcinkiewicz operator, and multilinear operators related to them. The main theorem is: Let \(0<\beta<1\) and \(D^\alpha A \in \roman {Lip}_\beta\) for \(| \alpha| =m\). Suppose \(T\) is bounded on \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\) for \(1<p<\infty\) and \[ \| F_t^A(f)(x)- F_t^A(f)(x_0)\| _H\leq C\sum_{| \alpha| =m} \| D^\alpha A\| _{\roman{Lip}_\beta}| Q| ^{\beta/n} M(f)(x) \] for any cube \(Q\) with \(\roman{supp}\,f\subset (2Q)^c\) and \(x\in Q\), where \(M(f)(x)\) is the usual Hardy-Littlewood maximal function of \(f\). Then, (a) \(T^A\) maps \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\) to the homogeneous Triebel-Lizorkin space \(\dot F_p^{\beta, \infty}(\mathbb R^n)\); (b) \(T^A\) maps \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\) to \(L^q(\mathbb R^n)\) for \(1<p<\infty\) and \(1/q=1/p-\beta/n\). As applications, he shows the continuity of the multilinear operators related to the Littlewood-Paley operator and Marcinkiewicz operator.
