A discrete-time neural network is studied. The stability of the equilibrium point \( (0,0) \) and the occurrence of a Neimark-Sacker bifurcation are proved for such networks using the technique developed by Kuznetsov for discrete-time systems. Numerical simulations verified the theoretical results.
