The authors consider the linear differential equation \[ \dot x = A(t)x \] along with perturbations \[ \dot y = [A(t) + Q(t)]y, \] the matrix \(Q\) satisfying some integral boundedness condition. It is studied how the top Lyapunov exponent \[ \lambda_n(A+Q) \] depends on the perturbation \(Q\) and explicit upper bounds are given.
