In this paper, the flow of a binary mixture within a two-dimensional constant area channel with the presence of small gradients of partial pressure and temperature is considered. The solution is based on the twenty-moment approximation of the distribution function. By averaging moment equations and determining the macroscopic boundary properties on the wall using Loyalka's approximate method [\textit{S. K. Loyalka}, Phys. Fluids 14, 2291-2294 (1971; Zbl 0247.76069) and \textit{H. Lang} and \textit{S. K. Loyalka}, Z. Naturforsch. 27a, No.8/9 (1972)], expressions for the mean molar velocity averaged over the channel cross-section, the difference of component velocities, and the heat flux are obtained for a binary mixture. Respective kinetic coefficients of the Onsager matrix are computed. Dependence of these coefficients on the Knudsen number, and the properties of molecular scatter on the wall are analyzed for a one component gas or for a binary mixture with small relative difference of mass and diameter of molecular scatter.
