    Let G and H be subsolvable groups with isomorphic lattices of normal subgroups. It is proved: 1) If G is periodic then H is periodic; 2) If G is a nilpotent p-group and G is not locally cyclic then H is a nilpotent p-group; 3) If G is a torsion-free Baer group then H is a torsionfree Baer group: 4) If G is a mixed Baer group then H is a mixed Baer group; 5) If G is a periodic group all whose Sylow subgroups are not locally cyclic then the Baer radical of G is invariant under an isomorphism of lattices of normal subgroups.
