    [For part I, cf. ibid. 61, 305-307 (1985; Zbl 0588.12007.] Let \(K_ 1={\mathbb{Q}}(^{p}\sqrt{a})\), \(K_ 2=(^{p}\sqrt{b})\), where p is an odd prime and a, b are relatively prime p-free integers \(\neq 1\), or \(K_ 1={\mathbb{Q}}(^{p}\sqrt{a})\), \(K_ 2={\mathbb{Q}}(^{q}\sqrt{b})\), where p, q are distinct odd primes and a, b are relatively prime, respectively p-free and q-free integers \(\neq 1\). It is proved here that \[ \zeta_ K(s)\zeta_ k(s)/(\zeta_{K_ 1}(s)\zeta_{K_ 2}(s))^{-1} \] is an entire function of s, where \(K=K_ 1K_ 2\) and \(k=k_ 1\cap K_ 2\). The proof follows from the fact that supersolvable finite groups are M-groups.
