The author considers the moduli space \({\mathfrak M}^-\) of SU(n) anti-self-dual connections over a compact oriented Riemannian 4-manifold (M,h). A space with 3 almost complex structures \(\{I_ i\}_{i=1,2,3}\) such that \(I_ 1I_ 2=-I_ 2I_ 1=I_ 3\) is said to have a quaternion structure. - The main result of this paper is the following: Let (M,h) be a complex two-torus with flat metric or a K-3 surface with Ricci-flat metric. Let P be a G-principal bundle over M (G compact simple Lie group), \(\widehat{\mathfrak M}\) the moduli space of irreducible anti-self-dual connections on P. \(\widehat{\mathfrak M}^-\) has a canonical Riemannian structure \(<, >\), which admits a covariantly constant quaternion structure. More precise results are given, if P is a V(n)-bundle or if M is algebraic.
