The regularity, up to the boundary, of solutions of nonlinear diagonal systems of parabolic variational inequalities is considered. The estimate of the modulus of continuity of solutions is made in terms of the so called ``Wiener integral''. They generalize previous results due to the first author and \textit{U. Mosco} [Ann. Mat. Pura Appl., IV. Ser. 141, 353- 367 (1985; Zbl 0601.35015)] concerning scalar obstacle problems.
