Some applications and modifications of the insertion algorithm [See \textit{A. Berele}, J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 43, 320-328 (1984; Zbl 0507.60037)]) are presented. Introducing new tableaux for the group \(SO(2n+1)\) the author gives the values of the coefficients in the decomposition of the tensor powers of the standard action of this group.
