The author continues his investigation of the problem of equality of the lattices LatA and LatB of invariant subspaces of two operators A and B, on a finite dimensional complex vector space, under no commutativity assumption - the commutative case has been fully explored by \textit{L. Brickman} and \textit{P. A. Fillmore} [Can. J. Math. 19, 810-822 (1967; Zbl 0153.048)]. The main result is that \(LatA=LatB\) iff there exists a polynomial p and an invertible operator S such that (i) p\({}'(\lambda)\neq 0\) for every eigenvalue \(\lambda\) of A, (ii) B\(=S^{-1}p(A)S\), and (iii) for every subspace M, \(SM\in LatA\) iff \(M\in LatA\).
