Relativistic coherent states for scalar fields, that are either free or interact with a constant homogeneous magnetic field, are constructed within the framework developed in part I [\textit{A. Mostafazadeh} and \textit{F. Zamani}, Ann. Phys. 321, No. 9, 2183--2209 (2006; Zbl 1104.81041)]. They have a definite charge since the formalism naturally introduces relativistic position and momentum operators that respect the charge-superselection rule. The properties of these coherent states are investigated in some detail and attention is paid to their classical and nonrelativistic limits. The discussion is supported by a number of graphs displaying the behavior of various physical quantities of interest.
