This paper is the continuation of a preceding one by the same authors on the linear response theory for nonequilibrium steady states of quantum open systems, and here they extend the derivation of the Green-Kubo formula to heat and charge fluxes and discuss some other generalizations. After a short review on the basic notions of algebraic quantum statistical mechanics, one introduces the model and the framework together with its relation with nonequilibrium statistical mechanics (time-reversal invariance, entropy balance equation, centered observables, regular observables. The main result on the linear response theory (i.e. the Green-Kubo formulas) is stated followed by its proof in another section. The conclusion outlines various generalizations.
