The authors study the effects of the delay on the stablity switch and asymptotic behavior of solutions for some model arising in prey-predactor system. The model is given by some reaction diffusion equation with delay. The authors investigate several results on the stability of the trivial equilibrium, they studied the roots of the so-callend the characteristic equation. They prove the stability when the delay is small enough and the unstability when the delay is large enough. They give also some sufficient conditions to get the stability for every delay. In the critical case, the authors use the center manifold approach to reduce the system and to study the Hopf bifurcation of solutions.
