An algorithm to compute the equisingularity stratum in the base space of a given deformation with section of a reduced plane curve singularity over an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(0\) or \(p\) sufficiently large is given. The algorithm is implemented in the computer algebra system \textsc{Singular}. Nontrivial examples are treated.
