This article deals with implicit multifunction results which generalize \textit{S.\,M.\thinspace Robinson}'s implicit function theorem [Math.\ Oper.\ Res.\ 16, No.\,2, 292--309 (1991; Zbl 0746.46039)] to multifunctions. Using classical methods of \textit{A.\,V.\thinspace Dmitruk, A.\,A.\thinspace Milyutin} and \textit{N.\,P.\thinspace Osmolovskij} [Usp.\ Mat.\ Nauk 35, No.\,6(216), 11--46 (1980; Zbl 0464.49017)] and of \textit{K.\,Nachi} and \textit{J.--P.\thinspace Penot} [Control Cybern.\ 34, No.\,3, 871--901 (2005; Zbl 1158.47316)], the author considers perturbations of metrically regular mappings by pseudo-Lipschitz multifunctions whose constants of pseudo-Lipschitzness is not too big (this approach goes back to \textit{A.\,I.\thinspace Ioffe} [Russ.\ Math.\ Surv.\ 55, No.\,3, 501--558 (2000; Zbl 0979.49017)] and \textit{D.\,Azé, J.--N.\thinspace Corvellec} and \textit{R.\,E.\thinspace Lucchetti} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl.\ 49A, No.\,5, 643--670 (2002; Zbl 1035.49014)]). The analysis of the corresponding perturbations is based on the Ekeland variational principle and the slope of \textit{E.\,De Giorgi, A.\,Marino} and \textit{M.\,Tosques} [Atti Accad.\ Naz.\ Lincei, VIII.\ Ser., Rend., Cl.\ Sci.\ Fis.\ Mat.\ Nat.\ 68, 180--187 (1980; Zbl 0465.47041)]. This analysis leads to some local and parametric error bound estimates for multifunctions, and, in its turn, these error bound estimates lead to new results for inverse and implicit multifunctions. In particular, the sharp approximations of the inverse multifunction \(F^{-1}\) (in terms of approximations of \(F\)) and of the implicit multifunction are obtained. The section headings of this interesting article are as follows: 1 Introduction and Notation (Neighborhoods and Distance Functions; Sublevel Sets of Functions; Lower Semicontinuity of Functions; Multifunctions); 2 Some Metric Tools (Ekeland's Variational Principle; the Strong Slope; Some Local Error Bound Results); 3 Parametric Error Bounds (Upper and Lower Limit of a Family of Subsets; Epi-upper Semicontinuity of a Family of Functions; Lower Semicontinuity of Multifunctions); 4 Inverse Multifunctions (Metric Regularity and PseudoLipschitzness; A Perturbation Result; Approximation of the Inverse Multifunction); 5 The Implicit Multifunctions (Partially Pseudo--Lipschitz Multifunctions; An Implicit Multifunction Theorem; Approximation of the Implicit Multifunction).
