Boundary decay estimates for solutions of fourth-order elliptic equations (Q942022)

The author investigates integral boundary decay estimates for fourth-order elliptic equations. The paper can be considered as a continuation of Davis's work. The most interesting results of the paper are sufficient conditions for the property (\(P_\alpha\)) in section 3, by using Finsler metric and the optimal index for \(\alpha\) in the boundary decay estimates. The author applies these estimates to obtain some results about the stability bounds for the corresponding eigenvalues under small perturbations of the boundary.
