The author derives an explicit parametrization for the modular curve \(X^+_{\text{ns}}(9)\) associated to the normalizer of a non-split Cartan subgroup of level 9. He finds that there are nine integral points on this curve: one of this nine points corresponds to an elliptic curve with \(j\)-invariant \(1117947^3\), the remaining eight points correspond to elliptic curves with complex multiplication by an imaginary quadratic order of class number one with property that 3 is inert in it. As an application, following Serre's approach, he gives another solution to the class number one problem by using the modular curve \(X^+_{\text{ns}}(9)\).
