In the main result of the paper, the author proves that if \(K\) is a connected compact Lie group, \( \theta:K \rightarrow K\) is a Weyl involution, \(X\) is a Stein manifold on which \(K\) acts by holomorphic transformations and if \(X\) is spherical with respect to \(K\), then there exists a \(\theta\)-equivariant antiholomorphic involution \( \mu : X \rightarrow X\). For any such involution \( \mu (x) \in Kx\) for all \(x \in X\). As a consequence, the manifold is spherical iff there exists an antiholomorphic involution preserving each orbit. Preliminaries, discussions on the antilinear \(\theta\)-equivariant involutions on \(K\)-modules and results on spherical subgroups, necessary for the understanding of the proof are presented.
