Some extremal bounds for subclasses of univalent functions (Q1044433)

Let \(k-UCV\) denote the class of \(k\)-uniformly convex functions in the open unit disk. Denote by \(k-ST\) the class of starlike functions related to the class \(k-UCV\). In the paper the author obtaines sharp lower bound for \(\Re\sqrt{f(z)/z}\) for any \(k\geq0\) when \(f\in k-ST\). The problem of finding \[ \min\left\{\Re\frac{f(z)}{z}\;:\;f\in k-ST\;,\;|z|=r<1\right\} \] is also considered. Corresponding results for the class \(k-UCV\) are given.
