Let \(G\) be a finite group. If \(G\) is soluble and all chief factors of \(G\) are absolutely irreducible \(G\)-modules, then \textit{E. Szabó} [Publ. Math. 69, No. 3, 391-400 (2006; Zbl 1127.20015)] called \(G\) absolutely soluble. If \(G\) is the product of normal subgroups \(A\) and \(B\) and \(A\) is supersoluble, then the following holds: (i) if \(B\) is metanilpotent and all subgroups of \(B\) are absolutely soluble, then \(G\) is absolutely soluble and metanilpotent; (ii) if \(B\) is supersoluble, then \(G\) is absolutely soluble and metanilpotent; (iii) if \(B\) is supersoluble and of odd order, then \(G\) is metanilpotent and all subgroups of \(G\) are absolutely soluble (Theorem 2). Groups in which normality is a transitive relation were investigated by \textit{W. Gaschüitz} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 198, 87-92 (1957; Zbl 0077.25003)] and are now called T-groups. If \(G\) is the product of two normal subgroups \(A\) and \(B\), where \(A/\Phi(A)\) is a T-group, then the following holds: (i) if \(B\) is absolutely soluble, then \(AB\) is absolutely soluble; (ii) if all normal subgroups of \(B\) are absolutely soluble, then all normal subgroups of \(AB\) are absolutely soluble; (iii) if all subgroups of \(B\) are absolutely soluble, then all subgroups of \(AB\) are absolutely soluble (Theorem 3). The group \(G\) is called a CLT-group (or Lagrange group) if \(G\) possesses subgroups of order \(n\) for each divisor \(n\) of \(|G|\). A subgroup \(R\) of a group \(T\) is called S-permutable if it is permutable with all Sylow subgroups of \(R\). If S-permutability among subgroups of \(G\) is transitive, then \(G\) is called a PST-group. If \(A\) is a soluble normal PST-subgroup of \(G\) and \(B\) is a normal CLT-subgroup of \(G\) such that \(G=AB\), then \(G\) is a CLT-group.
