This papers continues the study of a submeasure notion introduced in [\textit{O. Hutník} and \textit{R. Mesiar}, J. Uncertain. Fuzziness Knowl.-Based Syst. 17, No.~3, 297--316 (2009; Zbl 1181.28004)]. The authors construct pseudo-metrics and metrics on the ring \(\Sigma\) of subsets of a fixed nonempty set, generated by \(\tau_{L, T}\)-submeasures on \(\Sigma\). Two possible generalizations of the concept of \(\tau_{L, T}\)-submeasure, to that of \(\tau_{L, Q}\)-submeasure, with \(Q\) a left-continuous binary aggregation operator and that of \(\tau_{L, C}\)-submeasure, with \(C\) a copula are also discussed.
