Second eigenvalue of Paneitz operators and mean curvature (Q635825)

The authors produce optimal estimates for the second eigenvalue of the Paneitz operator related to a compact submanifold \(M^n\) of the space form \(R^{n+p}(c)\) (the Euclidean space \(\mathbb R^{n+p}\) for \(c=0\), the Euclidean unit sphere \(S^{n+p}(1)\) for \(c=1\) and the hyperbolic space \(H^{n+p}(-1)\) for \(c=-1\)).
