A Lie ring \(L\) is UA-ring if every bijective map \(\phi:L\to L\) is an automorphism of \(L\) provided \(\phi([x,y])= [\phi(x),\phi(y)]\) for all elements \(x,y\in L\). \textit{I. V. Arzhantsev} [Russ. Math. Surv. 56, No. 3, 569--571 (2001); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 56, No. 3, 155--156 (2001; Zbl 1057.17007)], proved that semisimple Lie algebras and their parabolic subalgebras over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero are UA-rings. In the present paper the author introduces the notion of a UA-algebra \(L\) over a field \(k\) in which every bijection \(\phi:L\to L\) is a semilinear algebra automorphism of \(L\) if \(\phi([x,y])= [\phi(x),\phi(y)]\) for all \(x,y\in L\). It means that exists an automorphism \(\xi\) of the field \(k\) such that \(\phi\left(\alpha x + \beta y\right) = \xi(\alpha) \phi(x) + \xi(\beta)\phi(y)\) for all \(x,y\in L\) and for all \(\alpha,\beta\in k\). The main results of the paper shows that if \(R\) is a parabolic subalgebra of a semisimple Lie algebra \(L\) over an algebraically closed field \(k\) of characteristic zero then \(R\) is a UA-algebra if and only if \(L\) is a simple Lie algebra.
