The main result of the paper is Theorem 2.9 stating that a holomorphic self map \(f:G\to G\) is surjective with holomorphic inverse whenever \(G\) is a bounded domain in a separable dual Banach space \(E=X^*\) with the holomorphic separation property (i.e., for all \(x\in\partial G\) there is a holomorphic function \(h_x:U_x\to\mathbb C\) on a neighborhood of \(x\) with \(h_x(x)=1>| h_x(G\cap U_x) |)\) and for some point \(a\in G\) we have \(f(a)=a\) along with the triangularizability with unimodular entries of the Fréchet derivative \(Df_a\) (i.e., we can write \(Df_a(x_n)=\sum_{k=1}^n \lambda_{nk} x_k, | \lambda_{nn}|=1,\;n=1,2,\dots\), for some linearly independent sequence \(x_1,x_2,\ldots\) spanning the space \(E\)). As a consequence, the authors conclude an implicit function type theorem for dual Banach spaces.
