This paper provides instructions on how to construct all constant mean curvature hypersurfaces of \(\mathbb H^n \times \mathbb R\) which are invariant under an \((n-1)\)-parameter family of parabolic screw motions. Using the upper half-space model for hyperbolic \(n\)-space, \(\mathbb H^n \times\mathbb R\approx \mathbb R^{n-1} \times \mathbb R^+\times \mathbb R\) is coordinatized by \((n+1)\)-tuples \(( x_1, \dots, x_{n-1},y,t)\) of real numbers with \(y \geq 0\). Starting with any real numbers \(l_1, \dots , l_{n-1}\) and a generating curve \(t = \lambda(y)\), the equation \[ t = \lambda(y) + l_1x_1 + \cdots + l_{n-1} x_{n-1} \] defines a hypersurface which is invariant under the \((n-1)\)-parameter family of parabolic screw motions \[ ( x_1, \dots, x_{n-1},y,t) \mapsto ( x_1+a_1, \dots, x_{n-1}+a_{n-1},y,t+ l_1a_1+\cdots l_{n-1}a_{n-1}). \] The constant mean curvature condition leads to a differential equation satisfied by \(\lambda\) whose solutions can be characterized. Not all hypersurfaces thus obtained are complete, but, by gluing together incomplete ones, the authors are able to obtain complete invariant constant mean curvature hypersurfaces which are not necessarily embedded.
