The authors prove the existence of solutions for the sweeping processes \[ x'(t)\in d(x(t))-N_K(x(t)),\quad x(0)=x_0\in K,\quad x(t)\in K,\quad t\in [0,T], \] \[ x'(t)\in -N_{C(t)}(x(t)),\quad x(0)=x_0\in C(0),\quad x(t)\in C(t),\quad t\in [0,T], \] where \(K\subset {\mathbb R}^n\) is a compact set admitting a regular Whitney stratification, \(d:{\mathbb R}^n\to {\mathbb R}^n\) is continuous, \(N_K(x)\) denotes the cone of limiting normals to \(K\) at \(x\in K\) and \(C:[0,T]\to {\mathcal P}({\mathbb R}^n)\) is a Lipschitz set-valued map with nonempty compact values definable in some o-minimal structure.
