Let \(R\) be a commutative Noetherian and \(\text{Art}(R)\) denotes the category of Artinian \(R\)-modules. The aim of this paper is to show two results on some classes of subcategories of \(\text{Art}(R)\). First, the author shows that every full subcategory of \(\text{Art}(R)\) which is closed under kernels, cokernels and extensions is also closed under subobjects (hence, is a Serre subcategory). The main theorem of this paper establishes an inclusion preserving one-to-one correspondence between the set of full subcategories of \(\text{Art}(R)\) which are closed under quotient modules and extensions and the set of subsets of \(S=\coprod_{n\in\text{Max}} \text{Spec}(\widetilde{R_n})\). This correspondence also induces an inclusion preserving one-to-one correspondence between the set of Serre subcategories of \(\text{Art}(R)\) and the set of specialization closed subsets of \(S\). These results give Artinian analogues of the theorems proved by \textit{R. Takahashi} [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 78, No. 3, 767--782 (2008; Zbl 1155.13008)] and \textit{H. Krause} [Math. Ann. 340, No. 4, 733--747 (2008; Zbl 1143.13012)] for subcategories of finitely generated \(R\)-modules.
