This paper is concerned with the traveling wave solutions of an epidemic model with nonlocal dispersal and time delay. By a characteristic equation, a threshold is defined. If the wave speed is larger than the threshold, the existence of traveling wave solutions is proved by combining upper-lower solutions with monotone iteration. If the wave speed is the threshold, the existence of traveling wave solutions is proved by passing to a limit function. Moreover, the authors also compared the minimal wave speed of two different diffusive mechanisms and obtained a convergence result of minimal wave speed.
