Large time behavior of a solution of carbon dioxide transport model in concrete carbonation process (Q2250584)

The paper treats a scalar nonlocal parabolic equation modelling the propagation of the carbonation reaction front in concrete. The novelty consists here in the nonlocal part of the model (responsible with the presence of one of the main reactants -- the calcium hydroxide). The author proves not only the global-in-time existence and uniqueness of the model, but also studies the large-time behaviour of solutions for the case of Dirichlet boundary data.
