Let \(R\) be a commutative Noetherian local ring of prime characteristic that is \(F\)-pure. Tight closure theory developed by \textit{M. Hochster} and \textit{C. Huneke} [J. Am. Math. Soc. 3, No. 1, 31--116 (1990; Zbl 0701.13002)] plays an important role in commutative algebra and algebraic geometry, specifically in the existence of big Cohen-Macaulay modules. In tight closure theory, the test ideal and test elements are crucial. In the paper under review, the author develops a tight closure theory corresponding to any multiplicatively closed subset \(S\) of \(R\). In the setting of \(F\)-pure, he shows that \(S\)-test elements and \(S\)-test ideals exist. He further establishes analogous properties to the usual tight closure theory. Furthermore, the theory provides a correspondence between the set of graded-annihilators of certain module over Frobenius skew polynomial ring over \(R\) and the set of \(S\)-test ideals of \(R\).
